Mon petit chou

This year we grew three types of cabbage:
Purple, Earliana, and Copenhagen Market.

Time to make some sauerkraut.

    You have so inspired me down a road I have wanted to take for a long time but was chicken frankly. I made two more loaves of baguettes this morning. Yum, yum. I may even be able to consider myself a bread baking babe someday but I think that may required mastering more than one or two recipes.
